The paper analyzes diverse Late Neolithic antiquities from the Kaliningrad region in the context of their links with the Globular Amphorae culture (GAC). «Pure» GAC materials discovered for the first time both at the local settlements near the maritime coast and in the outmost eastern part of the region outside the inocultural context have been characterized. Remains of the ritual offerings, namely, two flint axes and vessel fragments, discovered in the Lake Vistytis region which, based on all characteristics, are attributed to the GAC, suggest a short-term presence of this group individuals in the area. Given still rare finds of the GAC ceramics, we cannot rule out that small GAC groups moved westward. They attempted to reach the coastline area but failed because that area had deposits of amber and the collection of the amber was controlled by the Corded Ware communities. Based on the examined separate fragments of the GAC vessels discovered at the Pomeranian settlements and an increased number of «amphora» traits in the Pomeranian ceramics, it can be inferred that permanent links between these two cultural communities were established by the middle of 3000 BC or even earlier; apparently, these links were quite diverse.
