On the issue of the introduction of criminal liability for the illegal use of electricity

The article considers the issue of introducing criminal liability for the illegal use of electricity. The specificity and necessity of its application are highlighted. It is proposed to allocate illegal electricity consumption by unauthorized connection to a separate train, applying to it the rules characteristic of theft.
