On the issue of highlighting the principle of trust in law

The principles of law, as one of the fundamental legal categories, have been considered for many years by various legal scholars in a number of ways: new ones are identified, various classifications of principles are given, and existing ones are studied in more detail. The article considers the issue of attributing trust to a principle of law, analyzes the classification of principles of law in general and the possibility of attributing trust to general legal, sectoral or intersectoral principles. When studying the question of the place of the principle of trust in the system of principles, the concepts of general legal, sectoral and intersectoral principles are given, and various branches of law are analyzed in terms of the presence of legal trust in them. The issue of dependence on the political regime in the state of the existence of the legal principle of trust is raised, a conclusion is drawn about the significance of the category under study as a principle of law for the state.
