The newest investigations at the territory of Northern Angara Region allow continuing the formulation of the chronocultural scale for this region, based on the new sequence of archaeological sources. Some of the most interesting findinds were obtained in studies of clearly stratified sites, contained the Neolithic and Bronze Age materials and situated in the outfall of Kutarey River, on the left bank of the Middle Angara River: Kutarey River Outfall, Senkin (Siniy) kamen, Ruchey Povarny, Gora Kutarey (the articles of A.N. Savin, A. V. Vybornov, 2010-2011). While complex study of the sites at this territory dated from 1970th, the most of methodological issues, associated with analysis of complexes with “compressive ” character of deposits, development of criteria and main approaches to site unification in the form of isolate archaeological area, and chronology and periodization, are still open. The present study is actual, because the author tries to unite the required sites to isolate historical cultural area. He bases oneself on the results of the field research and gathered methodological experience. It allows continuing the research at the another methodological level and interpreting the materials from the Kutarey River outfall reasonably. These materials do not introduce for scientific use completely, excluding the preliminary results. This study has a goal to determine the further research perspectives and prove the criteria for singling out of these sites to isolate area in the Kutarey River outfall.
