To the issue of exposure by internal affairs bodies of administrative offences provided for by article 6.8 of the Code of the Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation

The concept of «exposure of administrative offenses in the field of illegal drug trafficking» is considered in this article, the author’s approach to this concept is substantiated. The main indicators of exposure by the internal affairs bodies of administrative offenses under Article 6.8 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and their consideration by judicial authorities are analyzed. On the basis of the obtained data, the issues of latency of illegal acts provided for in Article 6.8 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation are considered.
