On the issue of the relationship of the judicial department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation with state bodies

The article examines the relationship of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation both within the judicial system and with other state bodies. The author shows examples of such relationships, while it is established that the legal status of the Judicial Department and its regional offices determines the characteristic features of these relationships.
