On the question of the interdependence of the concepts of effectiveness and satisfaction from the process of performing official duties (on the example of the penal enforcement system)

The article is devoted to the study of factors affecting the performance indicators of the performance of official duties by law enforcement officers, using the example of the penal enforcement system. The study was conducted on the basis of the results of a survey of young employees, studying their opinions about the ratio of the work results obtained and the level of satisfaction. The analysis showed that the level of satisfaction from the performance of official duties does not always depend on the result obtained, since there are other factors of great importance. In the course of the study, it was found that indicators of external (material and moral) remuneration have a special role in employee satisfaction. The author of the article also revealed an inverse relationship, namely, the results of work depend on the level of satisfaction.
