On the issueof recovery of alimony for minor children

The article examines the forms of recovery of alimony for minor children. Particular attention is paid to the problem of recovery of alimony in a fixed monetary amount. The conditions for recovery of alimony in a fixed monetary amount, the subject of proof in cases of recovery of alimony in a fixed monetary amount are analyzed. As a problem, the author identifies in the article the defendant’s dishonest behavior aimed at concealing his true financial situation during the period of consideration of the relevant claim by the court. The author examines the possibility of applying the principle of good faith to the legal relations considered in the article.
