Regarding to the issue about legislative regulation of deoffshorization in Russia

This article describes main directions of the deoffshorization policy implementations in Russia, preconditions of its formation and factors determining its necessity. Analyzed achieved effects of anti offshore policy realization and problems of its legislative control.
