On the issue of legislative regulation of state support as a form of interaction between public associations and public authorities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes regional state support as a form of interaction between public associations and public authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which is established not only at the federal, but also at the subfederal level of legislative regulation. The author, guided by a positivist approach, substantiates their classification in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
