On the issue of legislative regulation of the list of operational investigative measures in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article investigates system of operational investigative measures. A comparative analysis of the list of operational search activities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan is given. In order to improve the operational-search legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the author proposes to supplement the list of operational investigative measures.
