Concerning the wages of rural residents of the far east in the period of «late» socialism

The article discusses some features of wages of rural residents of the Far East region in the 1970s and the first half of the 1980-s. The author analyzes the structure of the wage, its importance in the budget of the Soviet family, and contradictory trends in the dynamics of wages, causing the instability of life in the rural areas.
