To the issue of foreign experience in drug prevention among youth

Possible reasons and conditions for using drugs by the youth, types and forms of dependence among young people as a result of drug abuse are revealed in the article. The factors stimulating youth interest in drugs in the West and Russia, distinctive peculiarities of drug addiction of the Russian youth are defined. The principles on which anti-narcotic programs are based on in some foreign countries are given.
