On the issue of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens on the example of the prosecutor's office of the Primorsky territory

The analysis of the work of the Prosecutor’s office of Primorsky Krai with citizens’ appeals was carried out. The results of the activities of the prosecutor’s office on the consideration of citizens’ appeals concerning the observance of the rights and interests of minors, as well as socially unprotected categories of citizens are studied. It is revealed that various measures are currently being taken to promote the exercise of the constitutional rights of citizens to appeal to the prosecutor’s office, the Internet reception of the regional prosecutor’s office is actively used. The results of targeted assistance of citizens are given.
