The article deals with the issues of children's health in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The author carries out a comparative analysis of the rates of children's health in the region in the context of territorial differences. Basing on the official statistics and sociological research data the article has identified some specific characteristics of children's health in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
