On the basis of a critical analysis author’s interpretation of such notions as “administrative responsibility” and “administrative responsibility of the military” is given; peculiar features of administrative responsibility of the military are considered; some suggestions to change the provisions of Article 2.5 of the Administrative Vio0lations Code of the Russian Federation are introduced.
