To the question on administrative proceedings

This article considers the problems of interpretation of administrative proceedings, in which special attention is drawn to the urgency of the problem. The author on the basis of the conducted research revealed and substantiated the problems of administrative procedure. Also led the basic principles of CAS (the Code of Administrative Procedure).
