To the question of the relevance of legal psychology

Purpose of the study is to analyze various problems of socio-legal reality in order to determine the relevance of legal psychology. To analyze the socio-legal reality, the concept of J. Ritzer was used, as well as methods of comparative legal, logical and system analysis. Four socio-legal paradigms of the organization of reality are analyzed. At each level, problematic issues are identified that require study within the framework of legal psychology. Erroneous judgments that can lead to an increase in the level of legal nihilism are analyzed. The relevance of scientific research in the field of legal psychology, psychological aspects of personality in the system of law affecting the socio-legal progressive development of society is confirmed. The article presents an original multilevel analysis of the socio-legal reality in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, considered taking into account the expansion of the current capabilities of legal psychology.
