To the question of international law norms implementation in the Russian legislation

The article reviews issues of the correlation between the international law and the national law, particularly, issues connected with the problems of implementation of international law norms and its role and place in the Russian legal system. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation concerning international law, the opportunity and way to improve them.
