On the issue of the information component and information characteristics of objects and subjects of administrative law

The purpose of the study is to develop the doctrine of the information component and information characteristics of subjects and objects of administrative law. The relevance of the work is due to the development of the processes of informatization of modern society, the increasing role of intangible components of objects and subjects of administrative law both in their valuation and in administrative legal relations in general. A comprehensive analysis of legislation and doctrine is carried out and a new approach to understanding the intangible components of subjects and objects is proposed. The conclusion is made about the need to develop legislation in terms of taking into account the proposed approaches. Practical recommendations for its implementation are given. The possibility of using a systematic approach is demonstrated, the terminological apparatus is clarified, a number of author’s definitions are proposed. The perspective of the concept for the development of the practice of administrative law enforcement, improvement of the mechanisms of legal regulation of many aspects of legal relations of various sectoral nature is noted.
