Towards the question of institutionalization of dialogue between the state and civil society in social-and-political discourse of modern Russia

This article describes the institutional dialoguing interaction between the state and the civil society in Russia. There are compared and contrasted the institutional political discourse and the institutional dialogue between the state and the civil society. The author's definition of the concept of «dialogue between the state and the civil society» is given.
