On the issue of the integration of high technologies into the system of state and municipal administration

This research article examines the impact of high technology on the system of state and municipal government. The key areas of technological transformation are analyzed: document management automation, the introduction of artificial intelligence and the use of big data. Particular attention is paid to changes in the professional activities of employees, the need to develop digital competencies and modernize management processes. The problems of personnel adaptation, contradictions between technological capabilities and regulatory constraints are investigated. The economic and social effects of the introduction of high technologies are revealed.
