To the question of the integrative evaluation of the studying intensity between pupils in secondary school

Studies of studying intensity among pupils show, that their age physiological dynamics tend to lower in terms of functional capacities reaching the border of prenosological form. Quantitative evaluation of the studying activity using two independents methods characterizes the study of pupils as unfavourable. Recommendations for the optimization of the studying process, which reduce the emotional impact, tension of sensory loads and monotony of activity, are given.
