Commercial organizations need to understand the ethnic pecularities of the language, culture, rituals, customs, etc. Otherwise, they can make a mistake and instead of positive effect on the promotion or PR- project they can get the opposite result. Therefore, commercial organizations shall link each action or decision to the ethnic traditions of the region''s residents. The article notes that the outcome of ethnic traditions usage to promote a positive image of a commercial organization can be called cumulative. It will benefit to the political and tourist potential of the country, the region''s tourism brand, culture and traditions of the people living in this territory, and the commercial organization will enjoy the respect of the residents of the region.
