The questions of the legalization of staff leasing and labor leasing in Russia. It is concluded that, in contrast to the standard employment relationship of these forms of employment do not become the official institutional status. At present, adequate measures to manage non-standard forms of employment are not developed, so that entities that use the agency labor, faced with information and methodological problems. To resolve the existing problems and development of a civilized labor market is proposed to continue the study of non-standard forms of employment.
