Concerning the use of carbon nanomaterials obtained by plasma method for producing the composite

The article shows the use of carbon nano-materials (CMN) obtained by plasma chemical treatment of coal, as modifying additives in the composites. The calculations of thermal degradation processes, as well as the formation of carbon nano-materials in the processing of coal up to 3000-Celsius degree are presented, held with the help of the TERRA program. The conditions of formation and IR spectra of CNM that are obtained after extraction, samples and microphotographs structure are shown after the low-temperature plasma treatment. The results for obtaining high-strength concrete with CNM are shown. The introduction of CNM has led to the improvement of basic physical and mechanical properties of concrete. It is found that introduction of CNM to cement composites led to accelerated hydration and hardening of cement, reducing water consumption by 11-18% under the same flowability, increasing compressive strength by 15-20%.
