To the question of the effectiveness of labor stimulation at Russian enterprises

This article analyzes the category of “labor stimulation” in the field of personnel management. The concepts of personnel, stimulation and motivation and their impact on the effectiveness of the organization’s activity are studied. A comparison is made with examples of material incentives in other states, their distinguishing features are highlighted. In conclusion, elements of an effective system of labor stimulation at a Russian enterprise have been developed.
