On the issue of the effectiveness of the criminal law mechanism of protection of scientific research

Purpose: To identify and resolve the problems of qualification of attacks, where the subject of the crime is the money allocated for research. Methodology: System-structural and formal-logical methods were used. Results: The measures aimed at minimizing such criminal attacks are proposed. Given the predominantly applied nature of the study, the results can be used to form a uniform practice of criminal law on fraud. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a certain scientific value, since the very formulation of a number of General theoretical and practical issues of the chosen topic and the proposed solutions from the standpoint of criminal law has not been considered.
