On the efficiency of the federal property management Federal penitentiary service

The author analyzed the departmental normative legal acts regulating the activities of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the management of state property assigned to the Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. It is concluded that in them is not adequately addressed the requirements for the integration of state property assigned to the organs and agencies of the correctional system, control over it, and other functions associated with the use of such property. It is proposed to amend the structure of the subjects of management of state property assigned to the correctional system, and additions to some departmental regulations.
