On effectiveness of population eployment in small business of the Altai territory

The article is referred to the problems of support in small business development and self-employment of unemployed citizens through organizing and growth of a private business by means of executive power bodies co-financing. The author has proposed a project of a counsel center «Friend», the activity of which will promote the population employment in the line of a small business development.
