On the object of economic crimes in the sphere of lending

The article analyzes the objects of economic crimes in the field of lending (Articles 176, 177 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Non-repayment of loans violates the integrity of the economy. The urgency of combating such incidents is beyond doubt. The authors analyzes the norms of criminal law, as well as judicial practice that is developing in this direction. It is concluded how the legislator distinguishes between civil law, administrative law and criminal law public relations in the area under consideration.
