On the issue of the object of violation of fire safety requirements according to the criminal legislation of Russia

The study attempts to optimize Art. 219 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of fire safety requirements”) by analyzing the object of violation of fire safety requirements. As a result, the question was raised about the need to criminalize violations of fire safety rules, if a person has already been subjected to administrative punishment for this and his act has resulted in a fire.
