To the question of substantiation of the legal discourse theory

In this article the general overview to the subtheory of the legal discourse in the theory of state and law is given. The author tries to examine the peculiarities of the subtheory of the legal discourse based on the category of the legal discourse to formulate important conclusions and recommendations for improvement of regulations of the legislation in force of Russian Federation. It is possible in connection with integrative tendency of development of law science.
