To the question of foreclosure on cryptocurrency and electronic money

The article is devoted to the problem of foreclosure on electronic money and cryptocurrency. Are examines legal regulation, the legal status of these objects, analyzes judicial practice on this issue. The authors conclude that there is no legally regulated mechanism for levying foreclosure on cryptocurrency. Proposals are being made for the introduction of special legal regulation on the issues of foreclosure on these objects.
