To the question of the retroactivity of criminal law

The article is devoted to the problems of retroactivity of criminal law. Special attention is paid to the choice of softer of two laws, to the retroactivity of “intermediate” law and to the problem of the “revisory” retroactivity of criminal law. Author analyzes existent doctrinal provisions and proposes to make changes to the Criminal Code on this subject.
