On the issue of assessing the regional agro-industrial complex management efficiency

The article presents the results of assessing the Vologda Oblast agro- industrial complex management efficiency. It points out the necessity of critical attitude to indicators, used at present for the analysis of management performance in AIC. The article also presents the methodology of the integrated assessment ofmanagement efficiency in agrarian sphere and highlights the directions of its enhancement.
