To the question on the determination of the price of the contract for the implementation of cadastre works

Issues related to the determination of the price condition in the contract for the performance of cadastral work are considered. The author, based on the analysis of the provisions of the Russian legislation and law enforcement practice, comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the rules for determining the cost of cadastral work, in particular, setting maximum maximum prices for such work, and developing a methodology for determining prices in order to achieve a reasonable balance of interests of the cadastral engineer and customer.
