On the question of optimization of the judicial acts period of execution within the enforcement proceedings

This article is dedicated to the study of the causes of improper execution of the decisions of courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation by the Court Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation, it analyses a number of conceptual gaps in the enforcement proceedings legislation; proposals to overcome the difficulties associated with this issue are made.
