All-round study and analysis of the richest heritage of pedology practice in Soviet Russia of the beginning of the XXth century evokes natural interest in the genesis of this phenomenon in Siberia. By this term we denote the origin of the premises, procedures and organizational-institutional structure formation of pedology work, their development and subsequent transformation.
