To the issue of organization of preventive activity in criminal investigations

The article considers some problems in preventive activity of the officers of preliminary investigative bodies and inquiry units aimed at correcting victim behavior of persons suffered from criminal infringement. Possible measures for organization and ensuring this work aimed at formation and optimization of law enforcement practice are proposed on the basis of analysis of the content of the norms that regulate this activity.
