On the issue of organizing special training for senior staff in law enforcement universities

The author proceeds from the fact that not only employees of practical law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation should be trained to act in extreme situations, but also the senior staff of departmental educational organizations, who, after special training, could possess not only special professional skills, but also managerial skills. The formation and development of such skills should become the priority tasks of professional training conducted in departmental universities. In general, the issues of training personnel to act in extreme situations, as the experience of recent years shows, must take a leading role in the professional education system of law enforcement officers of the state.
