On the question of the legal form of entrepreneurial activity

Purpose: To study the theoretical concept of «organizational-legal form of entrepreneurial activity» in relation to the concepts of «optional and legal form of a business entity « and «organizational and legal form of legal entities» made own science-based concept of «organizational form of entrepreneurial activity». Methodology: Formally-legal method was used. Results: The article examines in detail contained in the various scientific sources judgments about the definition of «organizational and legal form of business.» By assessing the views of various scholars on the issue can sob-governmental definition of «legal form entrepreneurial activity», which is based on the conditions that allowing the course of business. Novelty/originality/value: The article has valuable scientific novelty, because it offers its own science-based definition of «organizational and legal form of business activity.» In addition, the article presents arguments showing the differentiation of concepts «organizational-legal form of enterprise, entrepreneurial activity», «organizational and legal form of business entities» and «organizational and legal form of legal entities.»
