To the question of organizational-legal forms of lawyer formations

The article considers the problem that arose when the legislator changed the list of non-profit organizations established by Art. 50 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, namely, the introduction of lawyer formations in it, which are legal entities. The possibility of amending the legislation, allowing the creation of commercial associations of lawyers, discussed in the legal environment is analyzed.
