To a question about the organizational culture of university

In article the author considers university as organization, its structure and organizational culture. At the contemporary universities there is an official organizational culture and real one. Official culture is oriented to the environment also of the members of organization, and also this that, by what want to see university the leaders of top level. But real culture - this is actually university culture. Also the author examines differences in these cultures and possibility to change organizational culture.
