To the question about refusal in the early termination of the powers of the deputy on the results of the consideration of the presentation of the prosecutor

This article provides an example of a justified refusal of a representative body of local self-government to request the prosecutor’s office to early terminate the powers of one of the deputies, in connection with the initiation of a criminal case against him.
