The question of a forensic scientist’ responsibility

As the title implies the article describes types of responsibility a forensic scientist in a criminal proceeding. The main idea of the article is description attribution’s of disciplinary and criminal responsibility. Much attention is given to distinct between a wilful false expert opinion and honest mistake of a forensic scientist.
