To the issue of the liability for the abuse of procedural rights in the arbitration process

The problem of low efficiency of responsibility for the abuse of procedural rights in the framework of the arbitration process is analyzed. The author concludes that the main subjects that can abuse their procedural rights include the participants in the trial, that is, the prosecution and the defense, all who are part of it. The rights and obligations of participants in both arbitration and civil procedural proceedings are similar.
