To the question of ovarian insufficiency in hypothyroidism in fertile patients with hypothyroidism

Background. Decreased ovarian reserve (DOR) characterizes women of reproductive age who have regular menstruation, but whose response to ovarian stimulation is reduced compared to women of comparable age. Women with ODS make up ~24% of the infertile population, and their treatment remains a challenge for clinicians. Methodology for revealing the research problem. The study retrospectively analyzed the results of examination and treatment of 67 women of reproductive age (18-44 years) with subclinical (n=32) and overt hypothyroidism (n=35). Research results. Patients with overt hypothyroidism were more likely to have low ovarian reserve (77.1%) compared to patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (37.5%). 2. The groups with SH and MH differed significantly from each other in the values of serum hormones. Thus, TSH levels were significantly higher in the group with MH (p<0.05), and the average values of free thyroxine were significantly lower in the group with MH (p<0.05). At the same time, the values of antibodies to TPO in both groups.
