Concerning the issue of participation of private military companies’ employees in non-international armed conflict

This article considers the participation of private military companies’ employees in the non-international armed conflict from the viewpoint of “direct participation in hostilities”. The paper analyzes international legal documents regulating the issue of direct participation in military conflicts and concludes about the possibility of obtaining this status by the private military companies’ employees.
