The article considers the existence in Criminal law the concept of «cybercrime”, the correlation of the concepts of «cybercrime» and «computer crime» is carried out, the author’s concept of these phenomena is formulated, based on the analysis of special legal literature the author’s classification of cybercrimes is given.
